  • My parcel hasn't been delivered
    If you have not received your order and the estimated delivery time has passed, or you have received an incorrect or damaged item please contact us via email at info@brambleandme.com and one of our dedicated customer support members will be happy to help.
  • Do you post items overseas?
    Currently we only post items within the UK.
  • When will my parcel arrive?
    Our standard delivery time in the UK is between 3-5 working days. If you simply can’t wait that long to get your hands on your lovely purchases, we’re also pleased to be able to offer Next Day and Saturday shipping options.
  • I'd like to return my item
    Of course, we hope that you really love your purchase. However, we understand that there may be times when you need to return an item to us. If you’re unhappy with your purchase, or it’s simply not right for you, then we are happy to offer a ‘no quibble’ return for any unwanted good/s purchased from us in the last 30 days (from date of delivery) for a full refund. The delivery cost is covered by you, the customer. Please keep the item in its original condition until you have decided whether you wish to keep it or not. To return the item, we recommend using a tracked service as you will be responsible for the safe arrival of the parcel. Please note, we cannot refund an item if it is lost in transit on the way back to us. Please return the item to Bramble & Me. We also ask that you enclose your name and order number so we can identify your order. If your item is faulty or damaged, please contact us and we will be able to assist with covering the costs of your return and provide further information on how we can support you.
