We will provide your name, address and contact details to third-party courier companies in order to ensure that your item is delivered safely. All of your information is securely stored and is not shared with any other parties.

RETURNS
Of course, we hope that you really love your purchase. However, we understand that there may be times when you need to return an item to us.
If you’re unhappy with your purchase, or it’s simply not right for you, then we are happy to offer a ‘no quibble’ return for any unwanted good/s purchased from us in the last 30 days (from date of delivery) for a full refund.
The delivery cost is covered by you, the customer.
Please keep the item in its original condition until you have decided whether you wish to keep it or not.
To return the item, we recommend using a tracked service as you will be responsible for the safe arrival of the parcel. Please note, we cannot refund an item if it is lost in transit on the way back to us.

We also ask that you enclose your name and order number so we can identify your order.
If your item is faulty or damaged, please contact us and we will be able to assist with covering the costs of your return and provide further information on how we can support you.
