Decorating the nursery for the parent

One of the most exiting parts of becoming a parent before you have the baby is decorating the nursery, pinning your themes to your Pinterest account and spending countless hours googling the perfect shades, furniture and pictures that will make you little one feel comforted and loved, but who is the nursery really for at first… well it’s for the parents of course! Your baby won’t remember colour, the layout or design of the room, all they care about is you. Mum and Dad.

That’s why it’s so important to pick colours that are important yo you. Perhaps a nice sage, or mint, maybe go neutral greys or earth colours. Old school would say use pinks and blues, which might seem outdated now; but if you pick a lovely orange pink, sort of clay colour, or a nice light blue that’s cloud like, you can still stay trendy and modern.
